Returns, refunds, replacements

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your SMALL PROJECT purchases, please return the item(s) to us unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving them. If your order has arrived damaged, please send a photograph to us by email before sending the damaged items back to us.
If, after we receive your return we agree that a refund should be given, we will process the refund (for the full value of the item(s) plus the original shipping cost), within 2 working days. It may take 3 to 5 further days for the refund to be applied to your credit or debit card. We cannot cover the cost of posting the items back to us.
If we agree to send replacement(s), we will dispatch them within 2 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Again, we cannot cover the cost of posting the items back to us.
