Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions relate to www.smallproject.co.uk an e-commerce site owned and operated by Tom Priest.

Your use of the site indicates that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions apply to all of the items offered for sale on the website. We strive to make descriptions and images of the products we offer for sale as accurate as possible, though we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy at all times as the soaps we offer are handmade and use ingredients which have natural variability. You therefore purchase SmallProject soaps at your own risk.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order. We will refund your payment in total if we cancel an order after you have paid.

Payments are accepted on our site via Wix Payments or Paypal. SmallProject does not retain any payment information.

Anything you buy through the website will be delivered to you using Royal Mail 2nd Class post, which should take 2-3 business days (i.e. not including weekends or bank holidays) after dispatch which we aim to do within two working days of receiving your order.

There is a delivery charge for orders under £30 which you must pay when you order anything through the website. It is your responsibility to ensure instructions and addresses for delivery are correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery of goods where an incorrect or incomplete address has been given.

You have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so you must inform us by email at info@smallproject.co.uk or by writing to us at 39 West Road, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 3DX and then return the goods to us as soon as possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and their safety: we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit. We will issue a refund equal to the full purchase price plus any delivery charge you have paid, as long as the goods are in resaleable condition i.e. unused and in their original packaging. We will process the refund within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods. It may take 3-5 further days for funds to reach your account.

We cannot be liable for any loss, damage or expenses from your use of the site.

In using the website, you indemnify Tom Priest from any claims or liabilities arising out of that use.

All text, images and logos used on the website are the property of Tom Priest.

These Terms and Conditions will be updated when necessary. We suggest that regular users visit this page from time to time to ensure they are aware of any changes.
